If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a
return as long as the below conditions are met:
All returned items must be unopened and within 60 days from the
date it arrived in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges,
taxes and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
You must e mail us to tell us that you would like to return your
order, but an RMA # must be assigned. All unknown packages will
be rejected and sent back to you.
Exchanges are done the same as returns, but we would like to
know why you rejected your initial order and we would adjust and
price difference in your new selection(s) accordingly.

Canceling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as
soon as you can. If the order has already been shipped to you,
you will be asked to ship it back to us at your cost. You will
receive a full refund provided the item(s) are UNOPENED and
within 60 days from the date it arrived. Charges from taxes,
shipping and gift wrapping are not refundable.
