Finding what you're looking for is simple and fast at Girlfriends Lingerie. We have attempted to categorize our Lingerie & other products into understandable groups so finding what you're looking for is fast and easy. No more sifting thru endless pages to find that perfect ensemble!
To locate an item you can browse or search. Our new search tool now allows you to locate items based on the primary color scheme.
Once you've located an item you'd like to purchase (add to your shopping cart):
- Be sure that you have picked the proper item(s). Check the size, quantity and color to ensure that everything is correct.
- Click on “Add to cart”. Note that if you did not properly choose the required fields, the shopping cart will require that you do this before you can proceed to checkout.
- When ready to checkout (actually purchase items), click the checkout button.
- You have a choice of placing an order with an account or without an account. If you are a current member of Girlfriends Lingerie, please login with your username and password. If you choose to create an account with us, please do so by clicking on “Create New Account”. If you forgot your password, just inform the system of that and fill in the required steps and we will resend your password.
- Follow the instructions during the checkout process.
Sizing Information
Please note that we carry merchandise from several manufacturers, and each manufacturer may size lingerie and other items differently.
Each product page includes a link to a size chart, which is specific for that particular product (or product line). It is important to review the size chart for each item to ensure a proper fit. Keep in mind that even products from the same manufacturer may be sized differently—for example, Ujena 1-piece and 2-piece swimsuits are constructed differently.
Shipping Information
We make every attempt to ship orders within one business day. In the case of backordering or pre-ordering, we will advise you of estimated ship dates and will send an update when the order (or partial order) is shipped.
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail. All orders with a US ship-to address carry a flat ship rate of $7.00 for standard delivery, regardless of size and weight of the package. We also offer Free Shipping for all US orders totaling $75.00 or more.

In most cases, and for in-stock items, US shipments should be received within 7 business days of order placement.
You should receive your order within 7 business days of the date that you placed the order. If an item is out of stock, on back order or discontinued, we will inform you of this via e mail.

International Shipping
All International shipments are sent via the USPS, which does not include a tracking number. Packages normally take 5-14 business days. In our experience, packages may take 5 days to reach customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 90-day return policy.
- Unless otherwise noted, we will gladly exchange any clothing item that is defective or does not fit. If the size or alternate item you'd like is not available, we will gladly refund the full purchase amount, less shipping costs.
- Returnable and exchangeable items MUST have all tags intact, gusset stickers in place and all accompanying packaging. Tags and stickers that have been removed will void the policy on return.
- Due to supplier regulations, all footwear carries a 7-day return policy, which goes into effect on the date of delivery. Shoes returned with scuff marks on the heels or uppers, or showing any other evidence of wear, will not be accepted. When trying them on to see if they fit, please only walk on carpet.
- Jewelry and closeout items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unknown packages may be refused (returned as not accepted). To obtain an RMA #, call us toll free (in the U.S) at 877-601-9900 or contact us via our Contact Center.
- Any item shown to be soiled, worn, washed or otherwise used or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Do not cut tags or remove stickers from any garment, as this voids the policy. Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, lotions or other beauty products when trying on garments as evidence of heavy scents or oils may void the return policy. Do wear undergarments while trying items on. Please note that some items, though we may accept them for return, are not resold.

- Coupons-Discounts: If you return your entire order, the coupon/discount amount (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If you return part of your order and no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement, the coupon amount will be deducted from your refund. Percentage coupons (e.g., "10% off") will be reversed for each return.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return after inspection of items, or if too many exchanges are found to be made by the same customer.

- When is my order shipped out?
- All orders received by 1 PM, PST will be processed on the same day and in most cases shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, PST will be processed the next day and go out the following business day.
- How do you ship?
- We currently ship using USPS. All orders shipped in discreet packaging.
- What are your shipping costs?

- What does "Out of Stock" mean?
- We try to keep as many items in stock as is possible; however occasionally we are out of stock of some items whilst we wait for a delivery from one of our many suppliers. 99% of the time our live inventory tracking system will alert you on the product page of it's status. Unfortunately there are those rare occasions when a order may go thru before a status is updated. If this occurs with one of the items you have ordered we will send the rest of your order to you. The outstanding item (or to follow item) will then be sent to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier.
Please note that any to follow items are sent to you at no further expense to you, we cover the extra postage costs.
- Do you ship international orders?

- What if I don’t have a credit card?
- We realize that not everyone has credit cards to shop with, so we try to accommodate everyone for your convenience. Please contact us for other methods.
- Why do I need an RMA number to return an item?
- Due to recent threats and increased security risks we will no longer accept any unknown package. It will be refused and we will send it back to you. If you send us a package without a valid RMA number, you will not be credited back a refund or granted an exchange if the item does not reach us within 14 days of the RMA issued date.
- Sometimes I can't open up the size charts. Why?
- Our system is built so the size charts don't clutter the screen so you can see the full view of the products without interruption. Because of this, we have placed them within a new window, that can be activated by clicking on the size chart button. We have noticed that some AV programs, firewalls and some pop up blockers may prevent this new window from opening. If this is the case, simply instruct your software in it's settings to allow this new window to open.
- How can I view a larger view of the product?

- I have a Promo Code. How and where do I use it?
- Your Promo Code or Gift Certificate can be redeemed during checkout. Simply Enter the Promo Code in the appropriate field.
- I am not receiving emails or tickets from your store. Why?

- Our reply may have been incorrectly identified as spam.
Many email providers include anti-spam tools to keep unsolicited email from reaching your inbox. If you have a folder called "spam", "junk" or something similar, check that folder as messages filed there are usually kept for a few days.
- I have a Gift Certificate. How and where do I use it?
- Your Gift Certificate can be redeemed during checkout. Simply enter the Gift Certificate code in the appropriate field.
- Why do I need an account for a Wish List?
- This is so we are able to retain the items in your wish list. Also, people buying things from your wish list will have the option of shipping those things right to you, so we need to have your correct address.
- How do I add items to my Wish List?
- Nearly every product carries a “Add To Wish List" button that you can use to add the particular item to your list. If there are attributes associated with the product you will have to enter them after you press “Add To WishList". You may also add individual products or your entire basket contents to your Wish List from your basket also.
- How do I share my Wish List with others?
- On your Wish List page follow the instructions on the page to e-mail your Wish List to one or more individuals.
- Can my family or friends buy things for me from my Wish List?
- Yes. When you share your Wish List, the e-mail you send includes a link directly to your Wish List Page. He or she can add any item(s) to the shopping basket and check out.
- How do I receive Free Shipping?
- You will receive Free U.S.P.S Shipping by having $75.00 or more in your basket. During checkout, there will be a new shipping option you would choose which states "Your basket qualifies you for free shipping". At this time Free Shipping is for U.S residents only.
- Can I request an item that I do not see in your store?
- Absolutely. We encourage & thank you for all requests. You may send all requests or comments to our Request Department.
- Do you sell Adult Toys?
- Not anymore. We used to sell adult toys for a brief time on GFL, but to better serve our customers we decided to open a new Adult Shop For Women, Men and Couples.
- Do you carry catalogs?
- In order to keep prices low and offer a large selection of the latest styles, we have chosen to not print a catalog at this time. We currently show all of our products right in our online store. If you prefer not to order over the Internet, you can print out our order form and mail in your order. Click here for the order form. Or, you may call during business hours (M-F, 8:30 - 5:30 EST) and place your order via phone. We currently do not have a paper-based catalog.
- When an item is available in "One Size", what does this mean?
- We see how this can be confusing at times. Mainly a "One Size" item will fit a size small - large. Each manufacturer that we go through specifies what "One Size" is. If there is not a specification as to what "One Size" will fit when you click on our size chart, then you can bet that "One Size" means small - large. Be sure to look at all size charts carefully for these specifications. Remember that Girlfriends Lingerie goes through several different manufacturers to offer you the widest line of products today.
