US Postal Service Express Mail is a 1-2 US Postal day shipping time depending on where you live, delivered Monday thru Saturday excluding Holidays. (Signature required for US Express Mail-Send where someone can sign for package.) You'll be emailed a Tracking Number after your package has been discreetly shipped to you.
All International shipments are sent via USPS, which DOES NOT INCLUDE a tracking number. International Orders will have a Customs Number on the Shipping label but can not be tracked. While most international orders are delivered within 10-14 business days, orders can be delayed by local customs. In this event, please contact the customs division of your local post office. We are not responsible for packages lost that are sent through customs.

No Hassle Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn items for a refund, subject to the terms below. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt and accompanied by the original invoice. The items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags, labels and original packaging intact and in original condition. Items not returned within 60 days or not in original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When you return your merchandise, the amount of the merchandise will be refunded to your credit card. We will not accept items that smell of perfumes, smoke or have been exposed to animal or pet hair. Returns in this condition will not be accepted.
All returns MUST have an RMA# ( Return Merchandise Authorization ). If no RMA# is visible on the outside of the package, Girlfriends Lingerie will not accept the package and it will be returned to the customer. Health regulations prohibit the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to these regulations and will not accept any worn items under any circumstances. All sales are final and not returnable on Clearance, Blow-Out Sales, Closeout and Jewelry items.
Returns take 10-12 business days processing time once they reach our warehouse. Please remember that it may take your financial institution up to 30 days or one billing cycle from the date we issue your credit for it to post in your account.
Due to supplier regulations, all footwear carries a 7-day return policy, which goes into effect on the day your order arrives. Shoes returned with scuff marks on the heels or uppers, or showing any other evidence of wear, will not be accepted. When trying them on to see if they fit, please only walk on carpet.

- When is my order shipped?
- All orders received by 1 PM, PST will be processed on the same day and in most cases shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, PST will be processed the next day and go out the following business day. Due to the extremely popular demand of certain styles, sizes and color, some items may not be readily available and will be placed on back-order. - Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?
- We sure do! Orders going to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO are shipped using the US Postal Service Priority Mail

- What does "Out of Stock" mean?
- We try to keep as many items in stock as is possible; however occasionally we are out of stock of some items whilst we wait for a delivery from one of our many suppliers. 99% of the time our live inventory tracking system will alert you on the product page of it's status. Unfortunately there are those rare occasions when a order may go thru before a status is updated. If this occurs with one of the items you have ordered we will send the rest of your order to you. The outstanding item (or to follow item) will then be sent to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier.
Please note that any to follow items are sent to you at no further expense to you, we cover the extra postage costs.

- Why do I need an RMA number to return an item?
- Due to increased security risks we will no longer accept any unknown package. It will be refused and we will send it back to you. If you send us a package without a valid RMA number, you will not be credited back a refund or granted an exchange if the item does not reach us within 30 days of the RMA issued date.
- How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?
- Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable.
- I have a Coupon Code. How and where do I use it?
- Your Coupon Code or Gift Certificate can be redeemed during checkout. Simply Enter the Coupon Code in the appropriate field.

- We see how this can be confusing at times. Mainly a "One Size" item will fit a size small - large. Each manufacturer that we go through specifies what "One Size" is. If there is not a specification as to what "One Size" will fit when you click on our size chart, then you can bet that "One Size" means small - large.
