checkout choose Paypal as your payment option. You will then be
directed to the Paypal site to complete your order.
Order by Telephone
Please call us TOLL FREE from Canada or the U.S.A and please have all of the item information available for us so that we may place your order. (item number, color, size, quantity, etc) We are sorry, but any other Countries besides the U.S.A and Canada will need to fax us an order or use our 100% secure online shopping cart.
We accept telephone orders Monday-Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time (not including National Holidays)
We will also need the following when you place a phone order:
•Name on credit card
•Ship to name
•Ship to address
•Telephone number
•Type of credit card
•Expiration of credit card
•CVV number on the back of credit card
•E mail address (if applicable)
•Any further instructions
You may place the order on our answering service, provided we are not there to take your call. Please include ALL of the information above in order for us to process your order. Please leave the correct phone number/e mail address so that we may contact you in case a
question arises. If our attempts to contact you have gone unanswered, we will not process the order. We would rather you order again than to ship you anything in error.
Order by Fax
You can order any item via fax by calling us at (480) 982-7779 and faxing your order to us. Please use the Fax Order Form that we provided
HERE on the website for you, print it out, and send it to us. If you would like to order more items, please use a separate piece of paper and fax that to us as well. You can send us an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Order by Snail Mail
You can also order anything via snail mail. Simply print out our
online order form, fill EVERYTHING out, and send it to:
