I acknowledge that by joining the GFL Affiliate program that spamming in any way, shape or form is strictly prohibited and thus I will be removed from the affiliate program immediately. I acknowledge that I cannot use any sites that encourage or promote illegal activities, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. You understand that Girlfriends Lingerie does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from said services. Subscriber agrees to hold GFL harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which GFL and/or their assigns may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities. I understand that I receive 12% commission on all product sales, excluding additional add-ons such as taxes, gift wrapping and other promotional items. I understand if a product is returned for any reason, 12% from that previous sale will be retracted from your total current commissions. Girlfriends Lingerie reserves the right at anytime to cancel your affiliate membership if the conditions stated above are not acknowledged and adhered to. I agree with the terms of service
