Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We believe in giving you a choice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also offer alternate payment methods such as PayPal & Amazon Payments.
Q. When is my order shipped?
A. All orders received by 1 PM, PST will be processed on the same day and in most cases shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, PST will be processed the next day and go out the following business day. Due to the extremely popular demand of certain styles, sizes and color, some items may not be readily available and will be placed on back-order. These items will ship immediately as they become available at no extra charge. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. You can also check if your order has shipped by using our Order Status system
Q. How do I place an order In your store?
A. Just browse our large inventory of products. Once you have found something that you are interested in click on "Add to Bag". Continue shopping or if you are ready to purchase your item(s) click on Secure checkout. You may also use alternate methods including, Google Checkout, Amazon or Paypal.
Please Note: If there is a size chart, please review it prior to adding your product, too ensure that you are ordering the correct size for yourself or your loved one. When in doubt, order the larger item and not the smaller one.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Girlfriends Lingerie has been providing sexy lingerie and other fine products to a worldwide audience since 1999.
Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Not to worry, it happens to the best of us! Simply select " Please Email Me My Password then select "login", enter the email address we have on file for your account and we'll send you a shiny new temporary one. If you do not receive this email or cannot remember the email address you used to register on Girlfriends Lingerie, you will need to reset your account by contacting customer service at 877-601-9900 or Contact Us via our help desk. For security measures, we cannot retrieve your old password, but we can reset it for you.
Q. Do you offer discreet packaging?
A. Yes we do. All our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes with no promotional stickers or slogans. Our shipping name will be listed in our initials "GFL". So yes, all our packages are shipped discreet.
Q. Will I be charged twice for shipping if my order ships in multiple shipments?
A. No. You are only charged for shipping once.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We currently ship using USPS. All orders shipped in discreet packaging.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?
A. We sure do! Orders going to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO are shipped using the US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Q. Where is my order?
A. To check the status of your order, enter the order number and the email used for your order in the Order Status section. If you have an account with us, simply login for all your current and past order history. If your order has shipped you will be able to track it by simply clicking on the tracking number provided.
Q. Can I change an order after it has been submitted?
A. Yes. You can call us at (877) 601-9900 or Contact Us via our help desk to make changes to your order as long as the order has not yet been packed for shipping.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone?
A. While it is much easier and faster for you to order online, you can always place an order over the phone by calling one of our friendly customer service professionals at (877) 601-9900. Please note that we can only accept credit cards over the phone, and you should have your order ready, complete with item numbers, colors, and sizes.
Q. What are your shipping costs?
A. All orders with a U.S. ship-to address carry a flat ship rate of $5.95 for standard delivery, regardless of size and weight of the package. We also offer Free Shipping for all U.S. orders $60+. Products marked "Free Shipping" applies to U.S. only and ship via USPS First Class 3-5 Business Days. For more information, please review our Shipping Policies.
Q. What does "Out of Stock" mean?
A. We try to keep as many items in stock as is possible; however occasionally we are out of stock of some items whilst we wait for a delivery from one of our many suppliers. 99% of the time our live inventory tracking system will alert you on the product page of it's status. Unfortunately there are those rare occasions when a order may go thru before a status is updated. If this occurs with one of the items you have ordered we will send the rest of your order to you. The outstanding item (or to follow item) will then be sent to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier. Please note that any to follow items are sent to you at no further expense to you, we cover the extra postage costs.

Q. Does free shipping apply to International Shoppers?
A. Unfortunately, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Q. Why do I need an RMA number to return an item?
A. For security, we will no longer accept any unknown package(s). It will be refused and we will send it back to you. If you send us a package without a valid RMA number, you will not be credited back a refund or granted an exchange if the item does not reach us within 30 days of the RMA issued date.
Q. How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?
A. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable.
Q. How do I add items to my Wish List?
A. Nearly every product carries a Add To Wish List button that you can use to add the particular item to your list. If there are attributes associated with the product you will have to enter them after you press Add To Wish List. You may also add individual products or your entire basket contents to your Wish List from your basket also.
